All the work begins to pay off! Mid July is when the gardens explode with new plants blooming almost daily. Each afternoon
after work, I stroll the paths with scissors in hand to snip a dead bloom here and there, or cut down a plant that has grown
too large and unruly. . . One thing I cannot put up with is a floppy plant--if it can't stand on its own, it gets cut down!
I have removed a number of pink mulva that were knocked down by a recent rainstorm.
